I love the twist you added to your little Blender ball practice! My critique would be to work on your in-betweens with the ball bouncing, but it's forgivable since this is your first movie. I can't wait to see what else you make! You're also encouraging me to start practicing Blender more.

This is a pretty cute cartoon! One minor critique is that I'd give the two characters a reason why they're at the poetry event. For example, maybe they had to for a class or something. It gives them more purpose as to why they're there and why they're bored with what's going on.
